You can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

Express Delivery

Maximum of 24hrs processing and delivery. (Applicable for Metro Manila, Bulacan and Pampanga only).

Note: Acceptance of orders are during office hours only.

Standard Delivery

Metro Manila: 1 - 3 Business days

Provincial: 3 - 10 Business days

Note: For volume orders shipped via sea to Visayas and Mindanao please expect 15 days additional on top of expected delivery date.

Policy

Product can be returned to us given it is defective or damage UPON DELIVERY has made. All returns must be unopened and in resalable conditions and contain the original packing material, manuals, and blank warranty cards. Merchandise must be in original packing. Due to hygienic and health reasons, products that come in contact with the body cannot be returned. Items such as gloves, isolation gowns, ppe, goggles, face shields, bed cushions, oxygen mask, oxygen regulators etc.

How to the Return Product to Us

We will arrange a Return, Exchange, Refund as soon as we are contacted. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect goods on receipt for damage. We must be notified within 48 hours through call, text message or email. Returns should be made within 5 business days of the date of your Delivery Note. Returns made outside of 5 business days will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

A refund will only be credited back to the account which was used to make the original purchase. You will be asked to confirm account details again to process a refund. We will only refund to the credit/debit card that was used to make the original purchase, so please ensure you have your bank account info or credit card available.
